Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a qualified Lead Auditor to manage the audit program under our nuclear QA program aligned with ASME NQA-1. You plan the annual schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and write reports with corrective actions verified to closure.

Responsibilities include on-site audits, maintaining qualification records, and communicating findings to licensees. Travel to project sites and Sugar Land HQ support the program, with an emphasis on independence and reporting to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Writes audit reports that NRC inspectors could follow without a conversation.
• Maintains qualification records for lead auditors and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program; internal audits of each NQA-1 requirement and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end — notification, checklist, entrance meeting, evidence gathering, findings, exit meeting, report.
