Job summary

Hertz in Sarasota, FL seeks a Part Time Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service and drive guest satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact at the counter, resolving issues with hospitality and professionalism.

As the primary NPS liaison for the location, you will analyze feedback, communicate performance actions, coach staff, and ensure policy compliance while supporting sales and operations goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Rental car experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service that supports satisfaction and retention.
• Handle first contact resolution and counter interactions with hospitality.
• Serve as the primary NPS liaison for management, reporting results.
• Analyze NPS results and implement improvement plans.
• Guide staff on customer needs and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
