Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking to fill a key NPI leadership role in Rockford to drive the technical transfer of new products into production. You will ensure processes are defined, documented and verified while reducing operations risk at each transfer phase.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with R&D, PM, and Manufacturing groups to deliver reproducible products and robust manufacturing processes using project management best practices.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years post undergraduate experience.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Manufacturing and Operations on new product introduction core teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules for tasks owned by Manufacturing/Operations.
• Perform manufacturing process design reviews and risk assessments.
