Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate breakthroughs in bringing new products to life. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through project execution, blending technical excellence with strategic planning to deliver products from initiation through delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee optimization or creation of technical product offerings and programs, with project plans and risk management.
Lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies and plans for new products, including supplier selection.
Serve as single point of contact to confirm supplier readiness in terms of production capacity and critical parts.
Manage transition of new products from pilot to volume production.
Use cost analysis tools to drive corrective actions and meet cost targets.
Collaborate with supply chain and engineering on supplier selection and risk management.
Present cost and program updates to executives and stakeholders.
Identify should-cost opportunities and provide DFx feedback to design teams.
Navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement.
