Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including NPI.
- Experience with new product introduction or product launch.
- U.S. person status (citizen or permanent resident) required.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI Engineering for successful product launches.
- Mentor a team of engineers, fostering high performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.
- Oversee cost estimation and transitioning to production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products.
- Coordinate efforts with Operations and Engineering teams.
