CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Program Manager in Norton Shores, Michigan, to lead the NPI Engineering function within a prominent manufacturing organization. This role includes mentoring engineers, driving new product launches, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and cost targets.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including NPI.
• Experience with new product introduction or product launch.
• U.S. person status (citizen or permanent resident) required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.
• Oversee cost estimation and transitioning to production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products.
