Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced New Product Introduction Leader to drive introductions from customer requirements to market launch.

This onsite role requires leading cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and commercial units to deliver products on time, at cost, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in product development or program management, strong CPM/PERT/CCPM skills, and excellent communication and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management.
Strong Project Management skills using CPM, PERT, CCPM.
Proven track record leading complex product introductions globally.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI programs with alignment to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing and quality for seamless launches.
Establish and refine NPI processes including design transfer, pilot builds, validation, and ramp-up.
Identify risks in product introduction and develop mitigations.
Ensure suppliers and manufacturing readiness for production ramp-up.
Define KPIs for NPI success and report progress to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
