Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a NPI/RFQ Business Program Manager in the San Jose area to drive end-to-end program plans for products and services. This role collaborates with sourcing, PM, and RD teams to meet customer needs and achieve financial results.

The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, experience with OEM/ODM, and the ability to manage complex schedules in a Time to Market framework. Travel ~25% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs NRE cost/quote updates and proposals.
• Conducts strategies and solutions planning.
• Develops customer and partner relationships and sponsorship.
• Understands manufacturing processes and cost analysis requirements.
• Communicates and resolves issues between factories and customers.
• Owns the managed accounts end-to-end.
• Bridges between customers and Factory, R&D, Supports, Suppliers.
• Oversees production/delivery schedules to meet requirements.
• Assesses material risk for quotes and manufacturing sites.
• Accounts for customer needs in product/solution development.
