Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Product Engineer (NPI / Manufacturing Operations) in San Jose/Sunnyvale. You will own product readiness across the lifecycle, manage BOMs and configurations, and drive ECOs to ensure timely, high-quality manufacturing launches.

You will collaborate with design, program management, production, quality, supply chain, and customers to resolve issues, validate processes, and optimize yield and cost in a fast-paced AI server manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
2–5 years experience in Product/Mfg/Operations Engineering or NPI.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, BOM structures, ECO processes, and manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities

Own product readiness from NPI to production to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Create and manage BOMs, product configurations, and manufacturing docs.
Lead ECOs from design release through manufacturing implementation.
Coordinate with design, program management, production, quality, supply chain and customers to implement changes.
Analyze production issues and yield trends to drive improvements and cost optimization.
Communicate project status and risks to teams and customers.
