Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a driven Business Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You will manage RFQ responses, drive program execution, and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes building trust with customers across CM/ODM/JDM ecosystems, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering executive-level updates while maintaining strong relationships and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in Program Management, Customer Program Management, Business Operations, Account Management, or related role.
• Experience in CM, ODM, EMS, or JDM environments.
• Strong customer-facing experience with credibility and trust at all levels.
• Experience managing RFQs, customer communications, quotations, and business operations processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven conflict management, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and manage RFQ activities, including gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Lead regular customer meetings, status reviews, and business updates.
• Track program milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to drive customer initiatives.
• Manage customer escalations and facilitate conflict resolution among stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
• Monitor project health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and improve operational performance.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.
