The candidate will collaborate with Business, Product Management, Production and Planning teams on new program releases and design changes during NPI, requiring 5+ years in material

Qualifications

• BS/BA in technical field or business required; MBA and APICS a plus.
• 5+ years in material management, supplier management, and customer support.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning, forecasting, and readiness for existing and new NPI accounts.
• Lead materials budget planning and spend management with Finance and Business.
• Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedule.
• Drive closure of material issues and minimize total supply chain cost.
• Participate in daily/weekly materials readiness meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and propose improvement opportunities for exec review.
• Manage and monitor supply chain KPIs; address risks and opportunities.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers daily.
• Take leadership role in project teams driving critical initiatives.
