Job summary

Foxconn seeks a Business Program Manager III to lead RFQ processes and develop pricing strategies through detailed cost and Margin Value Analysis (MVA) to translate customer requirements into executable projects and manage the product lifecycle from NPI through mass production. You will provide market insights and coordinate with global teams to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing sales or equivalent
Experience in RFQ management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
Knowledge of SMT, PCBA, and BOM structures
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Lead RFQ consolidation and pricing strategy development, including BOM cost analysis and MVA optimization
Translate customer requirements into executable internal projects and negotiate terms to drive deal closure
Manage full order lifecycle from prototype to mass production with forecast adjustments
Monitor NA AI server market trends and provide competitive insights for strategy
Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement and PMO to maintain profitability and on-time delivery
