Job summary

Pronto is seeking a NPI TPM to own handoff from engineering to field, guiding kit programs from release through pilot builds to full production ramp. You will coordinate across hardware, EE, firmware, robotics, software, operations and manufacturing to ensure inputs are ready and gates are cleared.

You will drive master schedules, run design reviews, and escalate conflicts with clear recommendations, enabling on-time launches and field readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or product management for hardware, taking a product from release to pilot and production.
• Broad fluency across hardware, EE, firmware/software, and manufacturing to sequence work and identify blockers.
• Track record owning a program schedule across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building sequencing/tracking processes where none exist.
• Strong written and verbal communication for design reviews and gate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sequence each new kit program end to end across Hardware, EE, Firmware, Robotics, Software, Operations and Manufacturing.
• Own the master schedule for active kit programs, aligning design, build, and manufacturing milestones.
• Run program syncs and design reviews; drive open decisions to closure.
• Track dependencies and resources; flag conflicts before slips occur.
• Escalate resourcing or sequencing conflicts with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure readiness criteria for gates from first-article to full production ramp.
