Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the program schedule, gates, and cross-functional execution for a hardware product family from kickoff through rate production. You will run risk management across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

You will facilitate gate reviews, drive critical decisions, and ensure alignment with data center delivery dates. A background in 5–10 years of hardware NPI and an engineering degree is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hardware NPI program management at an OEM/ODM or hyperscaler, leading programs from kickoff to rate production.
• Engineering degree with technical depth to hold design reviews and distinguish real answers from slides.
• Experience making hard calls on slipping programs (scope cut, date slip, or spend to recover) and explaining costs.
• Experience handling DVT-stage component changes with 20-week lead times and rapid closure.

Responsibilities

• Own the program schedule, stage gates, and cross-functional execution for a product family from kickoff to rate production.
• Run risk and dependency management across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain with early visibility.
• Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring, and enforce critical decisions when schedules tighten.
• Broker escalations between engineering and delivery to meet long-lead timelines.
• Build schedules that accommodate design uncertainty, with explicit assumptions and decision dates.
