Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through mass production. You will align with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing groups to manage schedules, resources, and risk while delivering on time.

You will lead development support, ECOs, and documentation, ensuring product releases meet customer requirements and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years PM experience in technology or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience leading NPI programs preferred.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management across engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.
• Lead build readiness reviews and manage ECO documentation and releases.
• Identify risksearly and implement mitigation plans to keep critical paths on track.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Support lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement for NPIs.
