Job summary
WorkforceConnect Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs from early R&D through production launch. You will own schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with customers and cross-functional NPI teams.
The ideal candidate holds a BS or MS in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in hardware, firmware, or software PM. Proficiency in MS Project and Jira/Confluence is highly valued.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management experience in hardware, firmware, or software development
- Proficiency with MS Project and Atlassian tools is highly desired
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from research and development through to production launch.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while interfacing between customers and cross-functional NPI teams.
