Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is seeking an NPI Program Manager to drive engineering projects from prototyping to production. You will lead customer programs, manage scope and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the program lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong communication with customers, risk mitigation, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in medical device assembly design or manufacturing as a project or engineering leader.
• Experience with medical device contract manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate status to customers.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects to develop and meet requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Lead discussions with customers and internal teams on designs, troubleshooting and cost-effective solutions.
• Facilitate quotations and proposals for company products and services to win new programs.
• Coordinate transfer to production with NPD/NPI teams and ensure on-time delivery.
