Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution excellence and optimize cross-functional teamwork for new product introductions and transfers with customers, ensuring projects meet schedule and cost targets.

The role may oversee capital projects or cost-improvement programs and requires ITAR experience. Based onsite at our Wilmington, MA facility, the position supports four New England sites and collaborates across engineering, supply chain and quality functions.

Qualifications

• PMP certification a plus.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years in program management or engineering within medical device, aerospace or industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive APQP, Stage/Gate and NPI processes to deliver projects to customer requirements.
• Plan, execute and deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and financial forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication across engineering, supply chain, and quality.
• Identify risks proactively and drive to consensus with Tecomet and customer teams.
