Job summary

Tecomet, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution excellence for new product introductions and transfers.

You will lead a cross-functional team through APQP and Stage/Gate processes to deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating engineering, supply chain, and quality to meet customer requirements. You will manage schedules, resources, risks, and financial forecasts, escalating issues and driving continuous improvement across NPI activities with a focus on customer-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Three years of program management or engineering experience in medical device, aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
Experience working with customers, sales and marketing, and operations preferred.
Experience in medical device or aerospace and defense manufacturing preferred.
Experience in a contract manufacturing or job shop environment a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product introductions and transfers on time and on budget.
Utilize APQP, Stage/Gate and NPI processes to meet customer requirements.
Manage program schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and financial forecasts.
Communicate updates and escalate risks to internal and customer teams.
Drive program governance and documentation across stages and gates.
Partner with engineering, supply chain and quality to keep projects on track.
Facilitate regular team meetings and progress reviews.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities within NPI processes.
