Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking an NPI Program Management Leader to drive our NPI program portfolio. You will mentor a program management team, collaborate with engineering, quality and operations, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget and specifications.

You will support quotes, contract reviews, and system enhancements while maintaining gross margin targets and facilitating a seamless production transition in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program/project management in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate status clearly.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor the Program Management team through the PMO system.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to meet program objectives.
• Manage customer project portfolio including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead cross-departmental teamwork to drive project execution.
• Provide strategic input on quotes, contracts, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to maintain margins.
• Ensure successful transition of projects into production.
• Report portfolio status to the organization and drive PMO metrics.
