Biomerics is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee multiple New Product Introduction projects in medical device manufacturing, including metal stamping, plastic molding, laser welding, extrusion, and more. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget with cross-functional coordination.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful production transfer and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in contract manufacturing projects from design to validation and production launch.
• Develop project plans and timelines while adhering to schedule, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for contractual and production matters.
• Drive lead processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers.
