Job summary

Aptyx is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs from concept through commercialization in a regulated medical device environment. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product development, validation, and successful transfer to production across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Project Management, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of program management experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing or life sciences is strongly preferred.
• PM tools proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs through all phases of the product lifecycle including concept to production.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines, scope and cost targets.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain program visibility.
• Lead reviews, action tracking, and escalation discussions with stakeholders.
• Transfer products to manufacturing and ensure launch readiness.
