Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Program Manager to oversee high-complexity programs and drive cross-company, international transfer initiatives. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to maintain margins and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has extensive medical product lifecycle experience, ISO 13485 and FDA knowledge, and strong leadership in fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• 4+ years in a business leadership role.
• Extensive experience in medical product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Visio).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and manufacturing programs through project management system; focus on high-complexity, cross-company, and international transfer programs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and external customers to meet program objectives.
• Ensure programs meet requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Support production transitions and monitor manufacturing output against cost targets.
• Promote teamwork and drive seamless project execution across stakeholders.
