You will partner with design, program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality production launches. Experience with PLM/ERP/MES and strong English communication are required.

• Own product readiness throughout NPI and production lifecycle.
• Manage BOMs, product configurations, and manufacturing docs.
• Drive ECOs from design release to manufacturing.
• Coordinate with design, program management, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Support manufacturing readiness, ramp, and process validation.
