Job summary

Foxconn is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution for AI server rack and high-performance computing product lines. You will own NPI process design, DFM/DFA, equipment/tooling, assembly SOPs, and ensure readiness from pilot to mass production, partnering with PM, Production, Quality, IE, R&D and customer teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing facility readiness, fixture design, maintenance programs, and driving KPI improvements while mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years in manufacturing engineering or related fields with 3+ years of people leadership.
Experience with NPI ramp, DFM/DFA reviews, SOP/MBOM development, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering across NPI design, DFM/DFA, equipment/tooling, and production line readiness.
Own NPI process design and mass-production readiness for AI rack platforms.
Oversee fixture/jig design, heavy-lift equipment, and maintenance programs.
Manage manufacturing documentation and standardization (SOPs, MBOM, specs).
Drive KPI improvements and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives while developing engineers.
