Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston seeks an experienced NPI Program Manager to lead end-to-end product introductions from concept through production ramp. You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners to ensure launches on time and within budget.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering complex launches while maintaining quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, manufacturing operations, product development, supply chain, or NPI.
• Experience leading cross-functional NPI programs from design to production ramp.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from design phase through mass production.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on project priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate readiness across all functions before product launch.
• Monitor manufacturing yield, throughput, and productivity metrics.
