Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager with NPI and manufacturing experience to drive new product launches from development through mass production.

You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams, track plans and milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-cost delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration across functions and rigorous execution while aligning with program objectives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI/manufacturing.
• Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English preferred.

This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive new product launches from development through mass production, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.
