Job summary
Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston (IB4) seeks an NPI Program Manager to lead product introductions from concept to ramp and sustainment. You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners to hit scope, schedule and budget while achieving quality targets.
You will drive planning, risk management, and manufacturing readiness, ensuring readiness across functions before launches and guiding pilot builds through production ramp.
Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end NPI programs from concept through mass production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and quality.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and milestones to ensure on-time launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI projects from design phase through mass production.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on project priorities and timelines.
- Track critical path activities and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate regular program reviews and executive status updates.
