Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston is seeking a Product Engineer to own product readiness from NPI through production, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust configurations and smooth launches.

You will lead ECOs, coordinate with design, program management, manufacturing, and suppliers, and monitor quality, yield, and process improvements to deliver high-quality AI server hardware on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PLM, BOM structures, ECO processes, and MES/ manufacturing execution.
• Experience with PLM (Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter), ERP (SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product readiness throughout the NPI and production lifecycle to ensure successful manufacturing execution.
• Create, maintain, and manage product structures, BOMs, configurations, and documentation.
• Drive ECOs from design release through manufacturing implementation.
• Coordinate with Design Eng, PM, Production, Quality, SCM, and customers on engineering changes.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution by identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Support readiness activities including build prep, material readiness, process validation, and ramp.
• Analyze production issues, data, and yield trends for improvements and cost optimization.
• Ensure product configuration accuracy across PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
• Communicate project status, risks, changes, and recovery plans to teams and customers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
