Job summary

HP in the United States is seeking an Office Print Competitive Pricing Analyst to deliver pricing intelligence, market insights, and benchmarks that shape pricing strategies and profitability across hardware, supplies, and solutions.

In this global role, you will monitor pricing trends, support NPI pricing decisions, and provide data-driven recommendations to Finance, Product Management, and regional leaders. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, competitive intelligence, business analytics, market analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Office Print, business printing, or contractual printing markets is highly desirable.
• Experience building pricing benchmarks, competitive intelligence frameworks, or business analytics solutions is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive pricing analysis and benchmarking across the Office Print portfolio.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support NPI pricing decisions with competitive intelligence and market insights.
• Partner with Product Management, Finance, CO, and regional teams to deliver data-driven pricing recommendations.
• Manage pricing escalations and ad hoc analysis to support critical business decisions.
• Build and maintain pricing intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting.
• Improve pricing processes and benchmarking methodologies through continuous optimization.
