Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Pricing and Finance Consultant to advise North America Deal Desk, business units, and sales on pricing strategies that maximize profitability while staying competitive. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other stakeholders to align pricing with objectives and revenue recognition requirements.

You will lead pricing initiatives, coach analysts, deliver training, and guide cross-functional projects while monitoring market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in finance, pricing, business strategy, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting large sales organizations and partnering with executive stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple finance disciplines or business functions.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience in pricing strategy, deal structuring, and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or solutions businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that support business growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Product teams to structure customer deals and optimize financial outcomes.
• Provide complex financial analysis, business modeling, and strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
• Lead strategic pricing initiatives and projects involving multiple functions, organizations, or business units.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the design and implementation of enhanced policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop pricing advisors through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver training and enablement programs on pricing methodologies, deal structuring, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a recognized expert and advisor on pricing, financial strategy, and business performance management.
