Job summary

HP is seeking a senior leader to head the NPI and Launch Readiness team for the Office Print business. You will coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regions, and Operations to ensure successful introductions of hardware, software, services, and solutions worldwide.

You will drive NPI excellence, launch readiness, sales enablement, and strategic introduction planning, aligning priorities across the portfolio and ensuring consistent messaging globally.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams to drive NPI programs on a global scale.
• Experience leading complex product introductions and go-to-market initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate across hardware, software, services and solutions businesses.
• Market-facing launch execution and stakeholder engagement are key strengths.

Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize the product introduction engine with governance, processes, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead market-facing product launch execution and stakeholder engagement across regions.
• Prepare the organization with knowledge, training, tools, and content to drive adoption and revenue.
• Drive long-term launch planning and portfolio-level market strategy and sequencing.
• Lead the NPI organization including team leadership, capability development, and executive influence.
• Serve as the company expert on launch excellence and cross-functional alignment.
