Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, business operations, sales support, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and collaborating across multiple functional teams.
• Experience developing financial analyses, pricing recommendations, and business case evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide special pricing support for sales opportunities, including deal consulting and approval management.
• Analyze competitive pricing, profitability, and financial performance for strategic and high-value sales opportunities.
• Develop and present pricing recommendations that support business objectives while maximizing profitable growth.
• Prepare complex financial analyses, pricing models, and business case evaluations.
• Manage and drive worldwide Business Unit pricing escalations through resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Business Unit teams to ensure proposals.
• Communicate pricing strategies, policies, and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Support margin improvement initiatives through financial analysis and pricing opportunities.
• Produce moderately to highly complex reports, analyses, and business insights utilizing enterprise tools.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and supporting policy enhancements.
• Apply business and financial expertise to evaluate complex situations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a proactive team member and may lead small projects or workstreams.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members.
