Job summary

EPTAM Precision in Lakeville, MN, is seeking a Project Manager for NPI Medical Device Manufacturing. This role leads cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and support OEM partners.

You have 4+ years in medical device project management, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, and familiarity with Microsoft Projects. PMP is a plus; the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Medical Device Experience (Project Management, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing or related) in a regulated environment.
• Engineering experience in research and development, design, or process development.
• Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Projects or equivalent).
• Experience presenting to the executive leadership team.
• Experience in medical, aerospace, or semiconductor manufacturing industries.
• Proven business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programs focused on strategic growth of the company.
• Define project scope, coordinate across teams, and manage risk, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality across departments.
• Plan, track, and report progress using project management tools (MS Projects or similar).
• Develop detailed timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and revenue with controls.
