MANIFEST Technology in Big Lake, MN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead New Product Introductions for a medical contract manufacturer. You will coordinate customers, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Manufacturing to move from prototyping to production with clear plans and disciplined execution.

The role is 100% on-site in Big Lake, MN, offering a full-time schedule with a strong focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to scope and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of PM/engineering/operations experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey concepts to customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects while meeting stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Technical Solutions to transition new opportunities into the site.
• Lead customer interactions with emphasis on expectation management, communication, and issue resolution.
• Manage program risks, issues, quality expectations, and communication across stakeholders.
• Direct program activities including schedule adherence, budget, milestones, scope changes, and design-to-cost targets.
• Lead personnel across functions and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Coordinate resource requirements, timing, and deliverables across departments.
• Assist with NPI transition and production ramp plans with Operations.
