Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead NPI programs in a high-precision medical manufacturing environment. You will manage projects from prototype through production, serving as the key link between customers, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

The role demands 7+ years in project or program management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong proficiency in FDA requirements, ISO 13485, and MS Project to drive on-time, compliant product launches.

Qualifications

7+ years in project/program management, engineering, operations, or NPI.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and customer-facing programs.
Familiarity with FDA requirements and ISO 13485.
Proficiency with MS Project.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI programs from development through production launch.
Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, scope, and risks.
Serve as the primary customer contact and manage expectations.
Lead cross-functional Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Support production ramp-up, capacity, equipment, staffing, and quality planning.
