Job summary

Heraeus Medevio in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional development teams for complex medical device projects, including NPI and contract design work.

The role requires building strong teams, managing risks, and delivering on schedule, budget, and quality while communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Frequent travel between Fridley and White Bear Lake may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, in highly regulated environments preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of project management tools, processes, and best practices, with experience using multiple methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects.
• Build and prioritize project plans, manage resources, and control scope and schedule.
• Drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation with visibility to stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and ROI with Finance and Portfolio Management.
• Establish reporting, communication, and KPI tracking at all levels.
