Job summary
Precera Medical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for a high-precision medical contract manufacturer. You will coordinate between customers, engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing to move prototypes to production with clear plans and disciplined execution.
This on-site role in Big Lake, MN requires 7+ years in PM in manufacturing, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in project/program management in manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
- Experience with medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Transition new business opportunities into the site with Sales/Tech Solution teams.
- Lead customer interactions for programs, managing risks, issues, and quality.
- Direct and coordinate program activities, including schedule, budget, milestones, scope changes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality for success.
- Assist with transition and ramp plans for NPI into production with operations.
