Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for a high-precision medical contract manufacturer, centered in Big Lake, MN. You will coordinate customers, engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing to move prototypes to production with clear plans and disciplined execution.

The role requires strong project leadership, manufacturing knowledge, and excellent communication skills, delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in project/program management in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Proficient in MS Project for schedules and budgets.
• Familiar with FDA/ISO 13485 medical device standards.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Transition new business opportunities into site with Sales and Technical Solution teams.
• Lead customer interactions and manage risks, issues, and quality.
• Direct program activities: schedule adherence, budget, milestones, scope changes.
• Coordinate resources and guide programs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality.
• Assist with transition and ramp plans for NPI into production.
