Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) software such as SAP.
• 1+ years experience with PLM systems interfacing with MRP.
• 1+ years experience with MES systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages material flow and drives inventory control.
• Provides kitting plan direction for group leaders.
• Delivers to build vehicle sequence and schedule.
• Monitors pull systems for proper lineside supply and kitting tracker accuracy.
• Resolves floor problems (Min/Max conditions, packaging, labeling, etc.).
• Manages disposition of scrap and replaced parts; liaises with NPI for part delivery forecasts.
