Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain or material flow engineering experience.
• 5+ years of data-based development of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and/or material flow processes for high-volume facilities.
• 3+ years’ experience in layout planning using 2D or 3D design platforms (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
• 1+ years’ experience with modeling or simulation software (Flexsim, AnyLogic).
• 1+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale supply chain and logistics processes from external warehouses to the assembly line with cross-functional partners.
• Perform detailed process design including value-stream, routing, and warehouse design.
• Implement material flow equipment (conveyors, EMS, AGVs, ASRS).
• Develop models to analyze cost, throughput, and space factors for material flow strategies.
• Plan and manage project schedules aligned to program milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, timing, and throughput targets are met on all projects.
• Lead automation initiatives bridging physical logistics and digital intelligence.
