Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related analytical field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in inventory management, supply chain planning, or related analytical role.
• Experience with demand forecasting, inventory modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query).
• Tableau or Power BI experience.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine inventory parameters across the distribution network using Servigistics.
• Lead scenario and what-if simulations to improve stock availability and financial performance.
• Develop inventory allocation strategies to mitigate fill rate gaps.
• Monitor inventory performance against targets and analyze stockouts and forecast inaccuracies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into inventory levels and trends.
• Provide governance insights on part groupings in the planning tool.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory planning and control processes.
• Collaborate with planning teams to test and deploy new features in Servigistics.
