Endeavour is seeking a results-driven NPI leader to guide the GridTran power conversion platform from prototype to production. You will own the detailed NPI plans, stand up an internal production line, and manage the CM relationship to translate designs into repeatable, high-yield processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in engineering with multi-disciplinary NPI or manufacturing teams.
- Experience launching power conversion hardware in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with build lines, DFM/DFX/DFT and ECO processes.
- Experience with CM management and supply-chain coordination.
Responsabilités
- Own development and execution of NPI project plans across EVT/DVT/PVT to ramp.
- Stand up and optimize GridTran internal NPI line and tooling.
- Lead CM engagement, tech transfer, and qualification activities.
- Drive DFM/DFT improvements to improve yield and cost.
- Travel domestically and internationally to CM and supplier sites.
