Job summary

Mercury Systems seeks an NPI-focused leader to drive product introductions from prototypes through production. You will manage cross-functional teams across Program Management, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex products.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing/operations, exceptional scheduling, and DC/DFx awareness, with emphasis on cost containment and quality."

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–10 years in Manufacturing/Operations preferred.
• Hardware background with PCB/Chassis knowledge beneficial.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Participates on Mercury's Program teams representing all of Operation's functions.
• Ensures appropriate skills are applied to new product teams for fastest, lowest‑cost, highest‑quality delivery.
• Coordinates delivery of design support services to enable rapid material procurement, assembly, and testing.
• Leads product BOM structuring to fit Mercury's supply chain and delivery models.
• Creates roll-up of new product standard costs and drives cost down toward target.
