Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our Sentry Manufacturing team. You will own electromechanical hardware development from prototype to high-volume production, optimize manufacturability, and coordinate with design, quality, and supply-chain teams to scale production.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or hard science.
5+ years in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
Experience delivering hardware in resource-constrained environments.
Experience integrating large assemblies / subassemblies.
Highly organized with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Translate prototypes to high-volume production with manufacturability focus.
Own portions of the manufacturing value chain for complex products.
Lead projects installing new manufacturing systems and coordinate with stakeholders.
Develop and implement efficient processes; create work instructions and QA docs.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers to enable quick-turn and scale.
Travel to suppliers to source, resolve production issues, and improve quality.
