Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) for Sentry hardware. You will own processes from prototype to high‑volume production, work with contract manufacturers, and drive manufacturability and supply chain scalability.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of electromechanical hardware experience, strong organization, and proficiency with CAD/PLM tools. US person required for export-controlled work.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering or math.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware.
• Demonstrated ability delivering hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience integrating large or high-complexity assemblies.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.

Responsabilités

• Transition electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume production.
• Own manufacturing value chain for high-complexity products.
• Lead projects to install new manufacturing systems and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop efficient processes and write work instructions and quality plans.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and travel to suppliers as needed.
