You will collaborate across design, QA, production, software, and management to ensure efficient, high-quality hardware delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment, involving DFMA, process development, documentation, and supplier engagement.

Formación

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
• Experience contributing to electromechanical hardware delivery in a resource-constrained environment.
• Experience with integrating assemblies/subassemblies.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in configuration management and change control processes.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to production, contributing to DFM/ DFA and robust processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing production lines and processes, resolving issues to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for throughput and cost reduction.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Identify and implement automation solutions and integrated workflows to streamline production.
• Develop and refine detailed manufacturing process flows and subassemblies for consistent quality on the line.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs and QC plans.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable processes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Travel to suppliers to support issue resolution and quality control programs.
• Provide DFM/ DFA feedback to engineering teams for producibility and reliability.
• Support PKM data including BOM management and change control within PLM systems.
