Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Lead to own new product introduction and lab support across NORAM field logistics. This on-site role manages the last mile for new hardware, coordinating with Hardware Eng, field teams, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth ramp and scalable, compliant processes.

The role requires guiding NPI receiving, inspection, storage, kitting, and distribution while driving SOPs, ORRs, and AARs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years in logistics, supply chain operations, or technical site services in data centers or large-scale infra.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with 3PLs, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
Experience developing and managing operational metrics and KPIs.
Experience with procure-to-pay and business process mapping/gap analysis.

Responsibilities

Own NPI execution and field logistics readiness for new hardware programs.
Serve as on-site logistics contact during first-article receipts, qualification builds, and pilot ramps.
Define SOPs for receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution; drive standardization across sites.
Drive ORRs before new-product field execution and AARs after ramps for continuous improvement.
Partner with Hardware Eng, site ops, ENS, DCC, and suppliers to translate product requirements into field logistics plans.
Travel up to 30%+ to NORAM data centers and 3PL sites to support ramps and field connectivity.
