Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Lead to own New Product Introduction (NPI) and lab support across NORAM field logistics. The on-site role drives the last-mile integration of new server, GPU, rack, and network hardware into Meta’s distribution network, coordinating with field teams and 3PL partners from day one of ramp.

The role ensures repeatable, compliant, site-ready processes, resolves material flow issues pre-scale, and serves as the focal point for Meta Lab support

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI logistics for hardware introductions.
• Proven ability to own field readiness and execution for new products.
• Strong collaboration with Hardware Engineering and site operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute NPI logistics for new hardware (GPU trays, servers, racks, switches, optics, power).
• Own on-site logistics readiness from receipt to distribution for ramp day one.
• Serve as on-site liaison during first-article receipts and pilot ramps.
• Identify and resolve material flow, packaging, labeling, and handling issues at scale.
• Define storage, staging and handling requirements for new products.
• Document SOPs and playbooks for NPI receiving, inspection, and distribution.
• Drive standardization across sites after introduction to steady-state.
• Lead ORRs and post-ramp AARs to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Hardware Engineering, DCE/SiteOps, ENS, DCC and suppliers.
