Job summary

Meta seeks a Logistics Operations Lead to own the last-mile introduction of new hardware into NORAM field logistics and lab environments. You will coordinate field readiness, testing, and distribution for GPUs, servers, switches, and power equipment, ensuring scalable, compliant processes across Meta-operated and 3PL facilities.

You will partner with Hardware Engineering, DCE/SiteOps, ENS, and supplier teams to translate product requirements into actionable field plans, while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or similar.
• 8+ years in logistics or operations within data centers or infra environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with 3PLs and internal teams.
• Experience developing operational metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own NPI field logistics readiness and execution for new hardware.
• Coordinate lab support and field logistics across NORAM regions.
• Define SOPs for receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution.
• Lead ORRs and AARs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, site ops, and suppliers.
