Responsibilities

• Coordinate NPI activities from award to production readiness and launch.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and budget.
• Identify risks, monitor progress, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and document status updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Develop tracking tools and reports to support visibility.
• Support cost analysis, budgeting, and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service.
